“‘IPA is derived from three indigenous Rotuman values attributed to the complete and holistic development of a human being – ‘INEA meaning knowledge; POTO meaning skills; and ‘ATMAI (puer ‘atmoi) meaning wisdom. These form the basis of the learning and teaching methods utilised at the ‘IPA Learning Centre where Rotuman language and cultural programmes are offered to urban Fiji-based Rotumans and where a franchise Kip McGrath Centre offers private tutorials via a maximum 5 students to one tutor ration for academic bridging and improvement.
