SUMMARY:FRA AGM
DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting is usually held within three (3) months of the end of the financial year where all members from the respective 7 districts gather to meet at a time and place to be determined by “the Council”.  The AGM shall have power to alter subscription\, fees and other district contribution for the purpose of providing further benefits for members.  The Secretary shall prepare an Agenda and make it known by inserting the notice in a newspaper circulating in the Republic of Fiji twenty – eight (28) days before such meeting.
